I’d like to share my experience with Craftsman on their profile. I had a gutter that was shared between my neighbour and I, and it was experiencing a major leakage issue. We contacted Craftsman on a Thursday afternoon. They said they would be there on Friday morning at 10. They arrived early and assessed the job accurately within 5 minutes.

It is a small job; the gutter seam had begun to leak and needed caulking/reinforcing. Paul and his crew were the 3rd company that came out and are the only ones who provided an accurate and fair assessment of the job, given its small size. All other companies tried to upsell me and my elderly neighbour, suggesting options ranging from $500 to $1500, preying on our perceived lack of knowledge and vulnerability, when all that was needed was a quick caulking job.

Paul and his team decided to tackle it immediately rather than wait longer for the issue to worsen, and given the warmer weather in January, it was better for the caulk to set and do its job. Even though they were on their way to another job, they took the time to do it correctly and safely, given the extreme height of the gutter. They were clean, respectful, and overall a pleasure to work with. Best of all, they were fairly priced and didn’t try to upsell services or products that weren’t needed.

My neighbour and I can’t thank Paul enough for the ultra-positive experience. Hire these guys!
